منظومة العلامة ابن عاشر في الفقه المالكي من المنظومات التي اعتنى بها الفقهاء قديماً وحديثاً شرحاً وبيان فوائد ,هذا التطبيف يحتوي على شرح متن فقهي مهم منظوم من كتب فقه السادة المالكية، هو (المرشد المعين على الضروري من علوم الدين في مذهب الإمام مالك رحمه الله تعالى) للعلامة عبد الواحد ابن عاشر، ويحتوي هذا المتن على317 بيتاً، بين فيها من أحكام الدين الضروري الذي لا يسع أحداً جهله، فبدأ بمقدمة كلية في العقيدة على مذهب إمام أهل السنة والجماعة أبي الحسن الأشعري سماها أم القواعد وما انطوت عليه من العقائد، ثم استغرق النظم العبادات وما يتعلق بها، وختم بباب جامع في التزكية والآداب والأخلاق المحمدية سماه مبادئ التصوف وهوادي التعرف، ويكون بذلك قد احتوى هذا المتن المنظوم على مهمات الإسلام والإيمان والإحسان.

يقول عبد الواحد بن عاشر
مبتدئا باسم الإله القادر
الحمد لله الذي علمنا
من العلوم ما به كلفنا
صلى وسلم على محمد
وءاله وصحبه والمقتدي

في نظم أبيات للأمي تفيد
في عَقْدِ الأشعري وفقه مالك
وفي طَريقَةِ الجُنَيْدِ السَّالِكِ
وَحُكْمُنا العَقْلي قَضيَّةُ بلا
وَقْفِ على عادة أو وَضْعِِ جَلاَ
أقسامُ مُقْتضَاهُ بالحَصْرِ تُمَازْ
وَهْيَ الوُجوبُ الاسْتِحالَةُ الجَوازْ
فواجب لا يَقْبَلُ النَّفْيَ بِحالْ
وما أبىَ الثُّبوتَ عَقْلاَ المُجَالْ
وجائزاَ ما قابَلَ الأَمْرَيْنِ إسم
للضَّرُوري والنَّظري كُلُّ قّسِم
أوّلُ واجِبِ على مَنْ كُلِّفا
مُمكَّناِ منْ نَظَرِ أنْ يَعْرِفَا
اللّهَ والرُّسُلَ بالصِّفاتِ
ممَِّا عَليه نَصَبَ الآياتِ
وكُلُّ تّكْليفِ بِشَرطِ العقلِ
مَعَ البُلوغِ بِدَمِ أو حَمْلِ
أو بمَنِيِّ أوْ بإِنْباتِ الشَّعْرِ
