للدعاء في رمضان خاصية عظيمة حيث اجتمَع فيه فضيلتان هما: فضْل الزمان وحال الصيام ولقد نبَّه القرآن الكريم إلى خاصيَّة الدعاء في الصيام؛ حيث إن الله تعالى ذكَر استجابته لدعاء الداعين في أثناء آيات الصيام فبدأ بفرضية الصيام وبعض ما يتعلَّق به ثم قال تعالى وَإِذَا سَأَلَكَ عِبَادِي عَنِّي فَإِنِّي قَرِيبٌ أُجِيبُ دَعْوَةَ الدَّاعِ إِذَا دَعَانِ فَلْيَسْتَجِيبُوا لِي وَلْيُؤْمِنُوا بِي لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْشُدُونَ

ثم عاد لذِكر بعض ما يتعلق بالصيام قال العلماء رحمهم الله تعالى وفي ذِكره تعالى هذه الآية الباعثة على الدعاء متخللة بين أحكام الصيام إرشاد إلى الاجتهاد في الدعاء عند إكمال العِدة بل وعند كل فطرٍ بل في حال الصيام كله
شهر رَمَضان هو الشهر التاسع في التقويم الهجري يأتي بعد شهر شعبان ويعتبر هذا الشهر مميزاً عند المسلمين عن باقي شهور السنة الهجرية. فهو شهر الصوم يمتنع في أيامه المسلمون عن الشراب والطعام والجماع مع الإبتعاد فيه عن المحرمات من الفجر وحتى غروب الشمس .أمانينا تسبق تهانينا وفرحتنا تسبق ليالينا ومبارك الشهر عليك وعلينا. كان قتادة يختم القرآن في كل سبع ليال مرة فإذا جاء رمضان ختم في كل ثلاث ليال مرة فإذا جاء العشر ختم في كل ليلة مرة. يا رب يا رحمان يا منّان بلغ قاريء الرسالة رمضان واجعلة يزهى حسنأ وسط الجنان. قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (من قام رمضان إيماناً واحتساباً غفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه). غسل الله قلبك بماء اليقين وأثلج صدرك بسكينه المؤمنين وبلغك شهر الصائمين. مَن فطّر صائماً كان له مثل أجره غير أنه لاينقص من أجر الصائم شيء. إذا لم تقدر على قيام الليل ولا صيام النهار فاعلم أنك محروم قد كبّلتكَ الخطايا والذنوب. للصائم فرحتان فرحة عند إفطاره وفرحة عندلقاء ربه. الصوم جنة فإذا كان يوم صوم أحدكم فلا يرفث ولا يصخب فإن سابه أحد أو قاتله فليقل: إني إمرؤ صائم. مَن لم تصبه رحمة الله في رمضان فمتى تصيبه ومن لم يطهره البحر العميق فماذا يطهره. شهر يرتفع فيه الدرجات شهر عظيم شهر جميل شهر يشعر المسلم بالفرحه شهر رمضان الكريم. لذات الدنيا أربعة: المال والنساء والنوم والطعام فأما المال والنساء فلا حاجة لي فيهما وأما النوم والطعام فلا بدّ لي منهما فوالله لأضرّن بهما جهدي ولقد كان يبيت قائماً ويظل صائماً. قدم بعض السلف الصوم على سائر العبادات فسُئل عن ذلك فقال: لأن يطّلع الله على نفسي وهي تنازعني إلى الطعام والشراب أحبّ إليّ من أن يطّلع عليها وهي تنازعني إلى معصيته إذا شبعت. يروح على أهل الجنة برائحة فيقولون: ربنا ما وجدنا ريحاً منذ دخلنا الجنة أطيب من هذا الريح فيُقال: هذه رائحة أفواه الصُّوّام.الصائم في عبادة وإن كان نائماً على فراشه فكانت حفصة تقول: يا حبّذا عبادة وأنا نائمة على فراشي فالصائم في ليله ونهاره في عبادة ويستجاب دعاؤه في صيامه وعند فطره فهو في نهاره صائم صابر وفي ليله طاعم شاكر.عن بعض السلف قال: بلغنا أنه يوضع للصُّوّام مائدة يأكلون عليها والناس في الحساب فيقولون: يا رب نحن نحاسب وهم يأكلون فيقال: إنهم طالماً صاموا وأفطرتم وقاموا ونمتم. والمؤمنون قُطّافها.قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: (القرآن شافع مشفع ماحل مصدق من جعله أمامه قاده إلى الجنة ومن جعله خلفه ساقه إلى النار) رواه ابن حبان وابن ماجه والطبراني والبيهقي وصححه الألباني. الصلاة توصل صاحبها إلى نصف الطريق والصيام يوصله إلى باب الملك والصدقة تأخذ بيده فتدخله على الملك. قال عليه الصلاة والسلام: الصيام والقرآن يشفعان للعبد يوم القيامة يقول الصيام: أي رب منعته الطعام والشهوات بالنهار فشفعني فيه يقول القرآن: رب منعته النوم بالليل فشفعني فيه فيشفعان) حديث صحيح. قال ابن جرير في تفسير قوله تعالى: (وَاسْتَعِينُواْ بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلاَةِ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلاَّ عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ) قد قيل: إن معنى الصبر في هذا الموضع: الصوم والصوم بعض معاني الصبر عندنا.روي عن الحسن بن أبي الحسن البصري أنه مر بقوم وهم يضحكون فقال: إن الله جعل شهر رمضان مضماراً لخلقه يستبقون فيه لطاعته فسبق قوم ففازوا وتخلّف قوم فخابوا فالعجب كل العجب للضاحك اللاعب في اليوم الذي فاز فيه السابقون وخاب فيه المبطلون أما والله لو كشف الغطاء لإشتغل المحسن بإحسانه والمسيء بإساءته.
