William Marrion Branham nasceu no dia 06 de abril de 1909, numa cabana de pau-a-pique, em Berksville - Kentucky e viveu a maior parte de sua vida em Jeffersonville - Indiana, nos Estados Unidos da América.
Aos vinte e dois anos de idade casou-se com Hope Brumbach, com a qual teve dois filhos, Billy Paul e Sharon Rose Branham. Durante a enchente que ocorreu em 1937 no rio Ohio, ele perdeu sua jovem esposa e a filhinha. Depois de viver alguns anos como viúvo, ele se casou novamente, no dia 23 de outubro de 1941, com Meda Broy, sobre quem ele faz referência, pregando na abertura do Sexto Selo: "E mesmo gostando muito dela, eu não teria me casado com ela se Deus não tivesse dito para fazê-lo..." Meda Branham lhe deu três filhos: Rebeck, Sara e José Branham.

At twenty-two years old married Hope Brumbach, with whom he had two children, Billy Paul and Sharon Rose Branham. During the flood that occurred in 1937 in the Ohio River, he lost his young wife and baby daughter. After living a few years as a widower, he married again on 23 October 1941 with Meda Broy, who he refers, preaching at the opening of the Sixth Seal: "And even really enjoying it, I would not have married me with it if God had not told to do it ... "Meda Branham gave him three children: Rebeck, Sara and Joseph Branham.
The supernatural ministry of William Branham fulfilled the prophecy of Malachi 4: 5-6. And his message is the revelation that makes manifest the secrets of God.
