يرصد المسلسل قصة صراع تدور داخل المجتمع المصري ينتج عنها تغييرات في طبيعة التركيبة الاجتماعية، نظرا لانتشار أفكار جديدة منها حب المال والسلطة. تدور أحداث المسلسل حول شخصية رجل أعمال يتاجر في جميع الأعمال غير المشروعة مثل: "السلاح والمخدرات والأدوية المغشوشة"، ويقوم بغسيل أمواله في بعض الأعمال الأخرى المصرح بها، يقع هذا الشخص في حب دكتورة جامعية، مما يقلب حياته وحياتها رأسًا على عقب.The series is made the story of the conflict revolves within Egyptian society, resulting in changes in the nature of the social structure, due to the spread of new ideas, including the love of money and power. The storyline revolves around the figure of a businessman trading in all illegal acts, such as: "arms, drugs and counterfeit medicines", and the laundered money in some other acts authorized, this person falls in love with a doctor degree, which turns his life and her life upside down.
