পাঠ করে থাকেন, তখন সর্বশক্তিমান আল্লাহ্ তার উপর রহমত বর্ষণ করেন এবং রক্ষা করেন। যদি দুই বার পাঠ করা হয়, তাহলে দুই দল ফেরেশতাকে এই কাজে নিযুক্ত করা হয়। যদি তিনবার আবৃত্তি করা হয়, তবে আল্লাহ্ ফেরেশতাদেরকে বলেন চলে যেতে এবং সর্বশক্তিমান আল্লাহ নিজেই ব্যক্তিটির যত্ন নেবেন। বাড়িতে একা থাকাকালীন, আয়াতুল কুরসি পাঠ করলে আল্লাহ সাহায্যের সকল দরজা খুলে দেন এবং সকল ভয় দূর করে দেন।
