About Quran Kareem - قرآن کریم Android App
Quran Kareem App is an electronic copy of the Holy Quran with Urdu Translation by Allama Syed Riaz Hussain Shah, Who is head of the Institute of Islamic Studies (Idara Talimate Islamia). He has done translations of Holy Quran in Urdu and Hindko language, apart from this he wrote several books on different topics of Islam in Urdu and English.
This application has a real page turning effect, elegant style and smooth Nastaliq font for full page readability. You can easily read from this application like you are reading from a real-time hard copy.
It has a very simple menu, let’s start from the first. Resume option will take you to the last page you left reading just like an auto saved bookmark. Afterwards Juz index has all 30 chapters and Surah index has all 114 suras of the Holy Quran. You can add bookmarks before leaving any page, and can remove it as well from the bookmark menu.
Starting of each Juz is prominent by first line with black background; screen will not turn off while you are reading and the menu is supported in Urdu and English Languages.
The App is AD FREE which means you’ll will not be interrupted by different kinds of advertisements while reading. Most of the applications requires 50mb to 500mb external data download after installation, but this app doesn’t need any external data download after installation. This is only a single file download, just install and enjoy the app.
