[Mobile App 업데이트 관련 FAQ]

1. 업데이트 후 App 오류 발생시 조치 안내
- 강의 재생 시도시 App 멈춤 현상 발생시 '설정 > 기기등록해제' 후 이용 바랍니다.
- 동일증상 지속시 App 종료후 재실행, 동일 증상시 App 삭제 후 재설치 후 지속적인 오류 발생시 고객센터 문의 바랍니다.

2. 업데이트 후 내 보관함에 다운로드 한 강의 재생이 안되요.
- 강의 재생을 위해서는 먼저 기기등록이 필요합니다. 기기 등록은 최초 강의 보기로 직접 재생을 할때 등록이 됩니다.
다운로드 강의가 재생이 안 될 경우 '내 강의실 입장 > 강의 선택 > 강의보기'를 통해 재생을 확인하신 후 내 보관함의 강의 재생을 하시면 정상 재생 됩니다.

[Mobile App Updates Related FAQ]
