Android4.2以降の端末において強制終了が発生してしまう不具合がありました。
強制終了が発生しないよう修正しましたが、本格的な解決方法がないため
Android4.2以降は非推奨とさせて頂きます・・・
(Android4.2以降から一般の開発者では機内モードの変更が不可になりました)
