นกกิ้งโครงคอดำ หรือ นกเอี้ยงโครง (อังกฤษ: Black-collared starling; ชื่อวิทยาศาสตร์: Sturnus nigricollis) เป็นนกชนิดหนึ่งในวงศ์นกเอี้ยงและนกกิ้งโครง (Sturnidae)

เป็นนกที่มีรูปร่างอ้วนป้อม มีขนาดใหญ่กว่านกชนิดอื่นในวงศ์เดียวกัน มีขนาดความยาวประมาณ 27 เซนติเมตร ตัวผู้และตัวเมียมีลักษณะคล้ายกัน มีปากสีดำ หัวสีขาว มีหนังรอบตาสีเหลือง คอสีดำ ปีกและลำตัวด้านบนสีเท้ามีแถบสีขาวพาดขวาง 4-5 เส้น อก, ท้อง, ก้น, สะโพกและปลายหางสีขาว ในประเทศไทยพบได้แทบทุกภาคยกเว้นทางตอนใต้ของภาคใต้ ในต่างประเทศพบได้ในประเทศอินเดีย, พม่า, ลาว, เวียดนาม, กัมพูชา และภาคใต้ของจีน

เป็นนกที่กินเมล็ดพืชและธัญพืชเป็นอาหาร และกินสัตว์ขนาดเล็ก ๆ เช่น แมลงหรือสัตว์เลื้อยคลานได้ด้วย อาศัยอยู่รวมกันเป็นฝูง หากินตามพื้นดิน โดยมักส่งเสียงร้องเอะอะเสียงดังทั้งฝูงโดยเฉพาะเมื่อตกใจหรือเวลาถูกรบกวน เป็นนกที่อาศัยทั้งในท้องทุ่งหรือแหล่งเกษตรกรรม จนถึงชุมชนเมืองของมนุษย์ เช่น สวนสาธารณะต่าง ๆ นกที่อาศัยอยู่ในเมืองมีพฤติกรรม นำเอาเศษวัสดุตามกองขยะ เช่น กระดาษ หรือถุงพลาสติก มาสร้างรัง วางไข่คราวละ 2-6 ฟอง กกไข่นาน 15-17 วัน จึงฟักออกเป็นตัว โดยรังเป็นรังแบบปิดมีทางเข้าออกแค่ทางเดียว ลักษณะรังเป็นรูปโดมขนาดใหญ่แขวนตามต้นไม้ ซึ่งนกในชุมชนเมืองอาจจะทำหลังใต้หลังคาบ้านของมนุษย์ มีฤดูผสมพันธุ์ในช่วงเดือนเมษายน-มิถุนายน
