 檔案機密等級
依照發出檔案管理者的層級，設定專屬的機密等級，檔案只能提供給被授權者，讓檔案流存更完善
 員工機密授權
依據不同使用者的權限設定相對應的機密等級，所有執行動作及人員的行為模式皆會被記錄，除保障員工執行流程機密性，並可提醒管理者注意不當的使用狀況
 稽核紀錄簽證
文件使用流程(開啟、更新刪除、傳輸、下載等)皆被記錄，除避免正確性被塗改，傳送過程紀錄可做為稽核備查，協助管理者了解文件的使用動向
 數位證據保存
