A Fundação Cultural de Palmas (FCP) é uma instituição que integra a administração pública do município de Palmas, sendo responsável pelo planejamento e coordenação das políticas culturais da capital. A FCP desenvolve programas, realiza projetos e atividades com foco no fomento e no desenvolvimento da cultura palmense. Visando valorizar a identidade e a diversidade cultural, apoia e incentiva iniciativas voltadas à criação, produção, exposição e repercussão de trabalhos artísticos e culturais.
