أسس الاتحاد السعودي للدراجات عام 1963م وهو تحت مظلة اللجنة الأولمبية العربية السعودية والهدف من إنشائه أن يكون اتحاداً يهتم بلعبة الدراجات ونشرها في كافة مناطق المملكة وعكس الصورة الحقيقية لتطور وأهتمام المملكة العربية السعودية في الألعاب الرياضية المختلفة .
