جعل الله -سبحانه وتعالى- للسّاعة علاماتٍ تدلّ على قُرب حدوثها، ومنها علاماتٌ صُغرى حدثت، وأخرى لم تحدث، وعلاماتٌ كُبرى لم يحدث منها شيء، فأمّا علامات الساعة الكُبرى فهي كثيرةٌ ومتعدِّدة، وقد تكلّم عنها الرّسول -صلّى الله عليه وسلّم- في مناسباتٍ كثيرةٍ، ونبَّه المسلمين إليها؛ حيث ورد عنه -صلّى الله عليه وسلّم- أنّه قال: (بُعِثْتُ أنا والسَّاعةُ هكذا، وأشار بإِصبَعَيْهِ، قال: وكان قتادةُ يقولُ: كفَضْلِ إحداهُما على الأُخْرى)،[١] ويدلُّ ذلك على قُرب السّاعة وسرعة قدومها، وأنّ مبعث رسول الله -صلّى الله عليه وسلّم- إحدى علامات السّاعة الصُّغرى، وقد أشار رسول الله -صلّى الله عليه وسلّم- إلى الكثير من علامات السّاعة الكبرى، التي سندكر في هذا التطبيق.
