האפליקציה מיועדת לכלל חיילי חיל הרפואה ומאגדת בתוכה את כל תוכן המולטימדיה של מדור טי"ל.
בעזרת האפליקציה, כלל חיילי הרפואה, בעיקר החובשים, יוכלו ללמוד ולרענן את החומר הנלמד לכל אורך הקורס. בנוסף, חיילי המילואים יכולים לגשת לכל החומר בצורה יעילה, מהירה ונוחה.

האפליקציה מאגדת בתוכה את כל סרטוני מדור טי"ל, חיפוש אינטראקטיבי, כלי עזר, קישורים ועוד.
