Кодекс Республики Беларусь о недрах (14 июля 2008 г. № 406-З).
Принят Палатой представителей 10 июня 2008 года.
Одобрен Советом Республики 20 июня 2008 года.
Настоящий Кодекс регулирует отношения, возникающие в связи с геологическим изучением недр, добычей полезных ископаемых, использованием и охраной иных ресурсов недр, и направлен на создание и расширение минерально-сырьевой базы, защиту интересов государства, прав и законных интересов недропользователей и иных лиц.Code of the Republic of Belarus on bowels (July 14, 2008 № 406-W).
Adopted by the House of Representatives June 10, 2008.
Approved by the Council of 20 June 2008.
This Code regulates relations arising in connection with the geological study of subsoil, mining, use and protection of other resources of subsoil, and is aimed at the creation and expansion of the mineral resource base, protecting the state's interests, rights and legitimate interests of subsoil users and other persons.
