Принят Палатой представителей 27 июня 2007 года.
Одобрен Советом Республики 29 июня 2007 года.
Настоящий Закон определяет правовые и организационные основы деятельности органов внутренних дел Республики Беларусь (далее – органы внутренних дел), устанавливает обязанности и права органов внутренних дел и их сотрудников, гарантии правовой и социальной защиты сотрудников органов внутренних дел.Law of the Republic of Belarus on the internal affairs of the Republic of Belarus (17 July 2007 № 263-W).
Adopted by the House of Representatives June 27, 2007.
Approved by the Council of 29 June 2007.
This Law determines the legal and organizational bases of activity of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus (hereinafter - the bodies of internal affairs), establishes the duties and rights of law-enforcement bodies and their staff, guarantees of legal and social protection of employees of law enforcement bodies.
