يهدف التطبيق الى تقديم خدمات ومعلومات الى مراجعي العيادات الخارجيه في مستشفى الملك فهد بالمدينة المنورة وذلك من خلال إتاحة الفرصه للمراجع في حالة أن لديه ملف مفعل ومحدث في المستشفى ولديه ورقة تحويل من الطواريء أو تحويل من الطبيب لعمل موعد متابعة أن يقوم بعمل حجز من خلال التطبيق ويقوم بمتابعته الى اكتماله ووصول رسالة نصية بالموعد.

ايضا بإمكان المراجع أن يقوم بتأجيل موعده أو الغاءه بكل سهوله في حالة تأكده من عدم امكانية حضوره مما يتيح الفرصة لمراجع يكون في أمس الحاجة للموعد.

يحتوي التطبيق على ارشادات مهمة للمراجعين من خلال إتاحة جداول العيادات الخارجية وأرقام العيادات وكذلك ارقام التواصل للأستفسار وموقع العيادات الخارجيه في المدينة.
