حوله به دست وسط پذیرایی وایستادم و با دقت به همه جا نگاه کردم، تمیز تمیز شده بود.
خستگی از سرو کولم بالا می رفت ولی با فکر اینکه مسیح میاد بهش اهمیتی نمی دادم، رفتم تو آشپزخونه و سری به غذا زدم، اونم دیگه کم مونده بود آماده بشه. ساعت نزدیک پنج و نیم بود؛ مسیح گفته بود که تا ساعت هشت می‌رسه.
با صدای زنگ در زودی پریدم و از چشمی نگاه کردم، مامان و آجی مسیح بودن، بی میل در رو باز کردم و برای حفظ ظاهر با خوشرویی سلام کردم. لیلا خانومـمادر مسیحـ مثل همیشه بی تفاوت از کنارم رد شد و داخل رفت.
مریم با لبخندی که همراه با حرص و خجالت بود، جلو اومد و محکم لُپم رو کشید.

– چطوری عروسمون؟

با لبخند به سمت داخل هلش دادم.
