العمل مهم جدآ ويجب اتقانه فالناس عندما تراه لا تسألك كم من الوقت استغرقت في عمله ولكن ينظرون الى جماله وإتقانه , فتعلم أن يبقى عملك متقن خالص من كل قلبك . كما أن الاسلام حثنا على الاتقان بالعمل .

ودعانا الاسلام للتحسين العمل والجودة والإتقان في العمل وجعل لمن يحسن العمل أطيب الجزاء في القران الكريم والكثير من الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة .


ومن الأحاديث الشريفة التي تحث على اتقان العمل هي :

قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم " إن الله يحب إذا عمل أحد كم عملاً أن يتقنه "

نجد أن كثير من تلك المبادئ قد اهتم بها الإسـلام وعمل على ترسيخها
فالإتقان سمة أساسية في الشخصية المسلمة يربيها الإسلام فيه منذ أن يدخل فيه، وهي التي تحدث التغيير في سلوكه ونشاطه؛ فالمسلم مطالب بالإتقان في كل عمل تعبدي أو سلوكي أو معاشي؛ لأن كل عمل يقوم به المسلم بنية العبادة هو عمل مقبول عند الله يُجازى عليه سواء كان عمل دنيا أم آخرة.Work is very important and must be perfected when you see people are not asking how much time it took in his work, but look at its beauty and mastery, learn to keep your job well done sincere all your heart.
