A testtömeg index kalkulátor segítségével megtudhatja, hogy a testsúlya ideális, vagy túlsúlyos, esetleg túl sovány.

Az alapanyagcsere megadja, testének mennyi energiára van szüksége nyugalomban ahhoz, hogy az alapvető élettevékenységek működhessenek.
Energiaszükségletünket két tényező határozza meg: az alapanyagcsere, valamint a napi fizikai aktivitásunk mértéke. A program a BMI mellett az alapanyagcsere értékét, illetve az energiaszükségletet is kiszámítja.

The basal metabolic rate tells you how much energy the body needs rest in order to provide basic life activities to operate.
Our energy needs is determined by two factors: the basal metabolic rate and physical activity in the daily rate. The program is in addition to the BMI value of the basal metabolic rate and energy needs will be worked out.
