ニコニコ実況サーバーに接続し、コメントを取得して画面に表示します。
コメントは他のアプリケーションより手前に出るので他のアプリを起動しながら
実況のコメントを読むことができます。また、Twitterにログインすると
Twitterのハッシュタグ付きのツイートもながすことが出来ます。

現在、有料版と無料版の差異は以下となります。

・コメント文字の大きさの設定
・コメントが表示されてから消えるまでの時間の設定
・チャンネル選択画面における番組名・放送時間の表示
・コメントの流れ方のなめらかさ設定
・Twitterハッシュタグ機能
