Hiragana can be converted to several countries' character with “漢字ひらがな多変換KanjiKanaMultiConvert”(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.yokohama.i.m.kakushuhenkan) or “ひらがな変換 HiraganaMultiConverting”(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.yokohama.i.m.hiraganahenkanwokanji).
Though Hiragana-to-KanaKanji conversion requires a connection to the Internet, Hiragana can be input off-line.
