하늘채 입주자를 위해 코오롱글로벌에서 개발한 안드로이드용 어플리케이션입니다. 세대내 가전기기 스위치를 앱으로 표현한 일반 가전제어 앱과 달리, 하늘채 스마트홈은 보다 쉽고 에너지 효율을 최적화할 수 있는 스마트한 제어습관을 유도하여 에너지 효율을 목표로 개발되었습니다. 그리고 간편하고 심플한 사용자 인증방식과 리모컨 사용 경험만 있으면 누구나 쉽게 사용이 가능하도록 사용성(UI/UX)에 중점을 두었습니다.
기본적인 서비스로 조명, 난방, 가스, 냉방, 환기 제어가 있고 무인택배, 공지게시판, 부재중 방문자, CCTV 등이 제공됩니다. 단, 단지별로 제공되는 않는 서비스도 있습니다.
그리고, 실내온도 조절시 경제적인 온도설정을 유도하는 에코(ECO) 모니터링, 외출할때 체크가 필요한 사항 및 기능을 제공하는 외출체크 기능 등의 차별화된 디지털 경험을 제공합니다.
하늘채 스마트홈 앱을 다운받아 설치 후 세대기 인증키 비밀번호를 통해서 회원가입을 합니다. 그리고 스마트홈 앱을 실행하여 등록하신 비밀번호로 로그인을 하시면 서비스 이용이 가능합니다.
