الهدف من تشكيله .. اعطاء رياضة سباق الهجن المزيد من التنظيم و الرعاية والاهتمام امتدادا" لتراثها الاصيل وانتفاعا" بفوائدها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التى تنعكس على قطاع كبير من ابناء الدولة وغيرهم .. وتوحيد اجراءات هذه الرياضية بمختلف مناطق السباق بالدولة وممارستها وفقا" لاسس تنظيميه ملائمه تنسجم مع الاصول محليا" وخارجيا" وتعكس الصوره الطيبة.

يتجدد اللقاء وتتواصل المسيرة بخطى حثيثة طامحين الى مستقبل مشرف وحاضر زاهر والمسيرة تسير باءذن الله مرسومة بالخطوات الشابتة التى يدعمها أبناء شعبنا الكريم بالتضامن والتعاضد والتكالف متطلعة لتحقق النجاحات والغايات الرامية لبناء وطن زاخر متقدم وناهض, وقبل كل ذلك علينا ان نقتبس من محطات الماضي المضيء ما ينير لنا درب الحاضر من خلال التواصل الدائم بكل ما لدينا من وسائل ومعطيات تقودنا الى التحقيق هذه الغايات والاهداف.

لطالما كان تراثنا المجيد بكافة ابداعاته واطلالاته محط استهلام وركيزة مضيئة لماضينا التليد واستمرارته مرهونة بمدى تمسكنا وتعلقنا وتفانينا به, وتعد رياضة سباقات الهجن العربية الاصيلة التي تحفظ خصوصية مجتمعنا وتوجهنا عبر منظومة فريدة تعزز منن شقافة التراث والمحافظة على تقاليدنا وعاداتنا التي نرشف منها نكهة ماضي الاباء والاجداد واحياء هذه الرياضة بصورة حضارية تمثل الجوانب الاجتماعية والثقافية المواكبة للتطور التسارع لجميع مظاهر الحياة وتعكس الصورة المشرقة لرياضة الهجن في الدولة والتي تحظى باهتمام كبير ومتزايد مما يتطلب منا العمل سويا على نهضتها وتطويرها والتزامنا بالاسس والنظم والضوابط والقوانين التي تقنن هذه الرياضة وتدفعها للامام, وبفضل الله تعالى الدولة حريصة كا الحرص على دعم هذه الرياضة حتى يطل بريقها الزاهي بروائع صياغة أسلافنا.

ونحن اليوم في سباق مع الزمن مع عصر العولمة والوسائل الحديثة التي أصبحت تمثل نقلة نوعية جديدة في العالم لذلك علينا ان نواكب هذه الاحداث والمستجدات وعالم الهجن جزء من هذه المنظومة الحضارية التي يجب ان نتعامل معها بوعي وادراك وفق منهاج مدروس نسير على هديه لنصل الى ما نصبوا اليه فما عادت الامور تسير على نمط واحد فالحاضر امتداد للماضي وجزء مكمل لهذه الاشراقات التي ننعم بها اتمنى ان نشهد موسما" حافلا" بكل الجماليات من اثارة ومتعة واستمتاع وقوة مع هذه الرياضة التراثية العريقة.
