Un espace naturel comme salle de sport, quand et comme vous voulez? Pourquoi pas ! Pour vous aider, cette application vous propose 7 programmes individualisés pour optimiser vos séances et accompagner vos progrès, du débutant au sportif aguerri. Une fois sur place choisissez votre niveau et vos objectifs, puis laissez-vous guider par votre coach de station en station grâce à la géolocalisation et la carte interactive. Vos résultats seront intégrés dans Google Fit, pour les suivre dans le temps et les partager.

Courage ! D’après nos consultants sport tout le monde ou presque peut le faire (attention quand même, demandez conseil avant à votre médecin, prenez bien votre temps et ne forcez pas). Quant aux sportifs expérimentés, promis, testé, ils auront de quoi renforcer leurs capacités physiques !
