現在時刻を表示するアプリケーションです。
117に電話をかけて現在時刻を確認するのと同じような使い方を想定していますので、ごくシンプルな作りになっています。
主に腕時計の時刻を合わせるために音・バイブレーションを鳴らすことが可能です。

機能：
◆現在時刻の表示（時：分：秒）
◆NTPによる正確な時刻補正機能（通信環境が必要です）
◆任意のミリ秒数指定による手動時刻補正機能
◆00秒ジャスト時やその数秒前までのカウントダウン時に音・バイブレーションを鳴らす機能
