OpenVoice，以互助為出發點，提供使用者目前所在位置附近的即時訊息。試想假如發現一件事情，想要告訴附近的人重要的資訊，會發現任何社群網站都無法將地域性訊息即時告知他人。同樣的，如果到了一個不熟悉的地方，要如何知道這地區對什麼事情需要提高警覺、或是值得注意的景點呢？
OpenVoice，當使用者發現路上有一個怪人、附近發生車禍，能透過OpenVoice傳達給附近的人。這些訊息有非常高的地緣特性，當進入一個不熟悉的地方，也能透過OpenVoice了解附近之前或正在發生的事。
同時，OpenVoice已有開放資料做地緣上的資訊加值，可輕而一舉知道附近的地標、甚至肚子餓了可以透過OpenVoice找尋附近的餐廳吃飯！
