樓按計算易 Ver 1.1

本軟件現包含了兩種計算方法:

1. 樓價 | 成數:
- 當閣下找到一些心水樓盤時，可使用這功能查看所需的負擔能力
- 輸入「樓價」和「按揭成數」，快速計算出最低建議的「首次總支出」和「月入」

2. 資金 | 月入
- 閣下以自己現時的經濟能力查看所能承擔的最高樓價
- 輸入「流動現金」和「月入」，快速計算出最高建議的「樓價」和「按揭成數」
- 別太在意「樓價」的小數，這只是試算結果而已，即是說當閣下看到結果是 2,524,927.19 時，並不代表閣下一定不能承擔 2,530,000 的樓價

The software now contains two methods:

1 prices | a few:
- When you find some Shortlist, you can use this feature to view the required affordability
- Enter the "prices" and "LTV" quickly calculate the minimum recommended a "total expenditures for the first time" and "earning"

2 funds |. Monthly income
- Your own ability to see beyond the current economic commitments highest prices
- Enter the "cash flow" and "earning", quickly calculate the maximum recommended "prices" and "LTV"
- Do not be too concerned about the "prices" in decimal, this is only just the trial results, that when you see the result is 2,524,927.19 time, does not mean that you must not assume 2,530,000 in property prices
