In front of you is a small electronic book, which contains materials on the training that my students like most. Many years ago I planned a training seminar on how it is important for each of us to make friends with the energy of time, and over the past few years these materials have invariably been enriched by your stories, new observations and knowledge. Long before that, in 1997, I found the book of the American doctor Stefan Rechtshafen, which was called the "Workshop of Time". It described how understanding the processes of the flow of life can not just make it more interesting and rich, but even heal people.
Many ideas of this book echoed with my own concepts based on the traditions of Ayurvedic medicine. The title of the book became the name of my training. Year after year the materials of the training became more interesting, and, in addition, they helped many of my students to reconsider their attitude to important events in their life. Communicating with the organizers of my trainings from many cities, I again and again heard a request to conduct a training "Workshop of Time." So gradually this book was born.
It was very interesting to write it, and I shared the idea of ​​a book with my sister Olga living in Israel. She also edited the training materials. In the course of editing, Olga was so carried away by the idea of ​​studying the energy of time that she herself did not notice how in the course of our communication, as part of the work on the book, her own life, mood and even her health began to change.
