　　《司馬法》是我國古代重要兵書之一。大約成書於戰國初期。據《史記·司馬穰苴列傳》記載：“齊威王(公元前356-前320年)使大夫追論古者司馬兵法而附穰苴於其中，因號曰《司馬穰苴兵法》。” 《司馬法》流傳至今已兩千多年，亡佚很多，現僅殘存五篇。但就在這殘存的五篇中，也還記載著從殷周到春秋、戰國時期的一些古代作戰原則和方法，對我們研究那個​​時期的軍事思想，提供了重要的資料。
