Tüm Aşçılar ve Pastacılar Konfederasyonu (TAŞPAKON) Türkiye’de aşçılık ve pastacılık sanatının, aşçısının ve pastacısının, gelişmesine katkı sağlamak, ülke mutfağımıza ve yöresel mutfaklarımıza ait değerleri günümüz yaşam standartlarına uygun bir hale getirip koruma altına almak, ülkemizdeki aşçılar ve pastacılar arasında mesleki ve sosyal dayanışmayı artırmak, hizmet konuları doğrultusunda çalışmalar yapan kişi ve kuruluşlarla işbiriliği yapmak ve destek olmak amacı ile 4 bölgesel federasyon (Marmara Aşçılar ve Pastacılar Federasyonu, Karadeniz Aşçılar ve Pastacılar Federasyonu, Anadolu Aşçılar ve Pastacılar Federasyonu, Ege-Akdeniz Aşçılar ve Pastacılar Federasyonu) ve 29 dernek ile kurulmuştur. 38 dernek ile 36 ilde ilimizde faaliyetlerine devam etmektedir.

Konfederasyonun öncesi 2013 yılı başında kurulmuş olan Aşçılar ve Pastacılar Federasyonu – AŞPAFED’dir. “TÜM AŞÇILAR VE PASTACILAR KONFEDERASYONU” aynı zamanda sağlıklı beslenme, organik tarım, hijyen ve gıda güvenliğinin korunması gibi konularda çalışan sivil toplum örgütleri ve insan sağlığına direk risk oluşturan genetiği değiştirilmiş gıdaların kullanmasına karşı çıkan platformlar ile işbirliği içinde bulunmakta ve bu konular ile ilgili çalışmalara devamlı olarak iştirak edip destek vermektedir.

“TÜM AŞÇILAR VE PASTACILAR KONFEDERASYONU” aşçının ve pastacının asli görevi olan pişirme ve sunum işi dışında geniş bir bakış açısı ile kendi alanını ilgilendiren tüm diğer sosyal kollarda da görev almakta ve bu misyonu daima taşımaktadır.

Aşçılarımız ve Pastacılarımız dünya platformlarında pratik beceri yanında; bildiği yabancı diller, yöneticilik vasıfları, beslenme ve gıda teknolojisi ile ilgili teorik bilgiler ve sosyal yaşam gibi konularda da kendini ve ülkemizi temsil edecek özelliklere sahip olmalıdır. Bu ancak teorik ve pratik bilgileri gerçeğe uygun harmanlayarak doğru bir eğitim programı uygulayan kurum ve kuruluşlarda eğitim almış aşçıların ve pastacıların çoğalması ile mümkün olacaktır. Bu nedenle “TÜM AŞÇILAR VE PASTACILAR KONFEDERASYONU” nun en önemli amaçlarından birisi de aşçılık ve pastacılık eğitimi veren kurum ve kuruluşlar ile iş birliği içinde olmak, karşılıksız desteklemek ve bu kurum ve kuruluşların sayısının ve kalitesinin arttırılması için gerekli atılımlarda bulunmaktır.
