臺北市即將於2016年舉辦全球自行車城市大會，成為世界自行車活動領先城市，所以10/31提前邀約全民來參加VELO TAIPEI 環臺北自行車悠遊行，以「環保、自行車、旅遊」為主題，不計時不計分體驗臺北河濱自行車道的方式以及欣賞臺北美景，展現選擇騎自行車改變休閒，結合樂活旅遊，共同推動綠色運輸和臺北城市之美。
