為恭標誌以『關懷心，專業情』為設計理念，由為恭英文WEI-GONG字首「W」，以及象徵愛心與醫療十字圖騰發展，揉合以象徵人本、關懷色調，希望能充分傳達為恭醫院的「真心關懷」與「專業服務」的情感。

各時段門診請於門診診療時間30分鐘以前至診室候診
如不克前來門診請提前一日取消掛號，看診當日恕不接受取消掛號及換號
初診病人請於看診當日攜帶身份證及健保卡，
請至批價掛號櫃檯填寫「初診基本資料表」，辦理初診報到手續
為維護大眾就醫權益，若無法於當日就診者，請於就診日前取消掛號
