برنامه واژه نگار از 3 بخش اصلي تشکيل شده است :
1- بخش مديريت اسناد.
1-1- برنامه فوق قابلیت ایجاد فایل های متعدد برای پروژه های مختلف را دارد .
2- بخش تبديل گفتار به نوشتار .
2-1- در این بخش که هسته اصلی برنامه را در بر میگیرد میتوانید گفتار خود را به نوشتار تبدیل کنید .
2-2- تا کنون سه زبان فارسی، عربی و انگلیسی برای برنامه در نظر گرفته شده است . ( با نظر کاربران سایر زبانها نیز قابل اضافه شدن هستند )
2-3- میزان صحت برنامه در حالت عادی 80% است ولی با دقت به چند مورد مثل ادای دقیق کلمه ، سکوت در محیط ، تلفظ بدون لهجه میتوان تا 95 % این دقت را بالا برد .
3- بخش ويرايش و خروجي از نرم افزار . ( فعلا در دو فرمت تکست و مایکرو سافت ورد )
3-1 - فرمت مایکروسافت ورد را همه گوشیها قادر به خروجی گرفتن نیستند و به زودی این امکان را برای همه گوشیها اضافه خواهیم کرد .
3-2 - بهترین فرمت خروجی قابل استفاده در سایر نرم افزارها بدون یونیکد اضافی تکست است که در همه جا پشتیبانی میشود .
3-3 - با استفاده از این نرم افزار میتوانید گفتار خود را به متن تبدیل کنید و در شبکه های اجتماعی نیز به اشتراک بگذارید .
