四人麻雀と三人麻雀が無料で遊べる完全イカサマなしの一人用麻雀ゲームです。
見やすく美しい牌グラフックを使用し、コンピュータの思考レベルは３段階から設定可能です。
CPU思考レベル３ではコンピュータの牌効率を上げ、守備は人間の判断に近くなるようにプログラムされています。
設定で各種ルールやコンピュータの手牌公開オンオフなどを設定することができます。
四人麻雀と三人麻雀それぞれの戦績を閲覧可能です。
東風戦でトップを取ると１体、東南戦でトップを取ると２体キャラクターが増えます（最高４０体）。

麻雀 天聖のルール
・複数ロンなし。頭ハネとなります。
・四家立直、四風子連打、九種九牌は流局となります。
