Não Eh Greve! é um jogo Protesto contra a situação do Estado do Espírito Santo.

A Polícia Militar do Espírito Santo reclama que não tem condições de trabalho adequadas, faltam coletes à prova de balas, viaturas estão sucateadas... além de estarem há absurdos 7 anos sem aumento salarial e 4 sem reposição da inflação.

O Governo do estado alega que não tem dinheiro em caixa para atender à reivindicação e informa que a PM não pode, constitucionalmente, fazer greve, exigindo o imediato retorno dos Policiais Militares às ruas do ES. O Governo também não aceita negociar enquanto a categoria se mantiver fora das ruas. Exige que os PMs cumpram a CF-88 e não cumprem eles mesmos as leis, que ordenam no mínimo a reposição da inflação anual.

Esposas e familiares dos PMs, na tentativa de descaracterizar um possível movimento grevista, se posicionaram nas saídas dos batalhões, impedindo que qualquer policial saia para realizar seu trabalho.

[O movimento se encerrou após 21 dias, o jogo foi lançado no quinto dia] Enquanto nenhum dos lados cede, a população capixaba se torna refém dos bandidos, já são 5 dias preso dentro de casa, alguns se aventuram a ir ao supermercado (os que ainda não foram saqueados), porém a maioria está rigorosamente trancada há 5 dias.
