クラウドファンディングでボーカロイド、ボイスロイドにもなった東北応援キャラクター「東北ずん子」ちゃんが主人公のシミュレーションゲームです。
ヘイトずんだ思想が吹き荒れる平行世界の宮城県…そこに降り立ったずんだの天使ことずん子ちゃんが、わりと有無を言わさずヘイトずんだ奴にずんだを無慈悲にぶつけて、結果的に宮城各地を解放していきます。

「東北ずん子」は東北の企業・クリエイターであれば商用利用が可能なIPです。作者「Richi Saito」は本籍、現住所ともに宮城県に属しており、このライセンス条件のもと、商用アプリ（広告モデル型無料アプリ）としてリリースしております。
　
本アプリの収益（広告収入）は、東北の復興に資するため、全額東北での開発備品、日用品、ずんだ関連商品の購入に充当します。
