1.魔塔50層是一款經典的像素RGB打怪遊戲。
2.遊戲必須動腦子計算才能贏得最後的勝利。
3.遊戲中有各種寶藏助玩家通關，和每個人的對話都要仔細看，有可能就有寶藏信息以及通關祕籍。
4.方向鍵移動人物，撞到怪物自動打怪，還不能打敗的則不能通過。走到物品上自動拾起獲得，黃、藍、紅門碰撞打開（會耗費相應顏色鑰匙）。
5.機關門（花門和鐵門）在打敗指定的怪物後自動打開，如2樓6個鐵門在打敗兩個中級衛兵後自動打開。
