In order to support recent Android OS upgrades and our new AP-701 pen, the following changes were made:
* Textual changes to include support our new digital pen
* Fixed an issue with form validation
* Fixed an issue with form submissions being re-sent
* Fixed an issue where GPS coordinates not sent with the submission
* Improved the app to prompt the user to turn on 'LOCATION' on the device if GPS was enabled within the application
