About Apengage Android App
Connect with your Apengage cloud account to experience all Ap1's beacon management tool has to offer, right out of the box! The Apengage mobile application allows for turn-key use of Ap1's proximity eco-system. The application has two interactive modes:
User:
Experience your engagements from the perspective of an app user. Switch to the user mode to display HTML content and receive push notifications when in range of your beacons. Generate location data from users when they enter zones and explore using the Apengage analytic utility in the cloud.
Administrator:
Get set up and running in no time using Apengage to manage your beacon fleet. Switch to the administrator mode to view any active iBeacons nearby. Connect them to your Apengage locations with a simple tap! Similarly you may remove any beacons associated with your account in this mode. Hold the find button down for 3 seconds to locate the beacon in closest proximity to you.
To switch modes, locate the company profile settings in your Apengage account. Scan either the admin or user QR code when prompted by the application to link your mobile device to your accounts. The application will remember your previous mode when launching the application. Click the exit button to return to the QR scanner and switch modes again.
