:: Client can choose chat, audio/chat or video/chat options for one to one communication with counsellor.
:: Counsellor can view their appointment calendar.
:: Counsellor can view appointment requests, can suggest new appointment time, can accept or deny appointments.
:: Counsellor will be notified whenever they get new appointment request. Counsellor will also receive new appointment requests on their mailbox.
:: Counsellor will be notified 24 hours, 1 hour and 5 mins before each counselling session.
