1).How to stop uninstalling AppLock?
Please enable Advanced Protection in Protect of AppLock, so nobody can uninstall or kill AppLock without password. You can disable Advanced Protection when you don't want it.

2).How to unlock photos and videos？
There is an edition button on top right corner,click it,then you can unlock your photos and videos.

3). How you can get the password if you forgot it?
If you forgot the security answer, please contact to us soon

4). How to uninstall AppLock
After uninstalling, the system will tells you that can’t uninstall AppLock. You can click “MANAGE DEVICE ADMINISTRATORS”, select AppLock, click “DEACTIVATE”. Then if you uninstall AppLock again, the AppLock will be uninstalled from your phone.
