'Appraisal - Objective Tracker' was designed to aid professionals when putting together evidence for achieving the relevant grade in periodic appraisals, performance reviews, or performance evaluations.

After two easy setup steps (an appraisal name, and any objectives you need to meet), all you have to do is hit a button on the main screen to gain access to the achievement wizard. From here you are asked a few questions that gather the relevant information required to record key events that you played a part in. You can rate your achievement in the event and record it against a specific objective, so that you can track how many times (and with what impact), you have covered an objective. This means that throughout your appraisal period you can keep a check on what you are yet to achieve from your list of set objectives, and act to improve on these goals.

This tool also acts as a notepad for achievements, so that when it comes to the appraisal meeting you can share all the recorded activities (via email for example), to another device and pass the details into any forms you may need to populate.
