Taught by a USCG licensed Captain and teacher of American Sailing Association (ASA) sailing classes.
The lesson itself is taught using narration with graphics and digital video from Sail Magazine.
Included are a Sailing Terms Glossary for this topic and a demonstration animation of the maneuvers.
