About AppSpeak/Ringtone from Appsala Android App
This app reads the name of caller, with speech synthesis (TTS), as it is inserted in Contacts.
Either with or without the normal ringtone.
When bluetooth headset used it's possible to mute the loadspeaker.
You can easily browse Contacts names to test listen to the spoken phrase.
App is using support for 4.0 where several speech engines can be listed
Use any TTS speech engine that works for Android
Speech-engine, language, speech rate, pitch, and volume can be changed
If you don't have speech synthesis installed you will be guided to install that.
