Tracking the working hours of employees is imperative for any business, to comprehend where their work hours are spent. Each organizations use many diverse timesheets, yet the primary objective is to monitor the hours worked.
Apptivo Timesheets Application enables you to log your working or worked hours spent on each job or task. This allows you to set the timesheets to be used in hours and minutes or just minutes and accurately see who’s working on what!
A timesheet can be created manually by logging the tasks and hours in the creation page. In addition to manual creation, our timesheets app facilitates:
Creating a timesheet from another timesheet
Creating from timesheet template.
Creating from project (single and multiple projects)
Based on your business requirement, the timesheet can be created from the above given ways.
Before a timesheet is carried to the next step to be invoiced, it must be approved. So, once a timesheet is created, it must be submitted for the approval. On clicking on “Submit”, the approver of the timesheet will be based on the following:
Employee Manager - If no customer is associated with the timesheet, it will be submitted to the employee manager for approval.
Customer - The approver can be set to customer, if the timesheet is associated with a customer.
Project Manager - If the timesheet is created from a project, it will be submitted to the project manager.
Once a timesheet is submitted, the approver can either Reject or Approve it. The approved timesheet can now be generated to an invoice which can be billed. Configuring the app before entering your information is always a good idea, so it's great, you configure it first!
Our fully feature loaded application enhances your experience by providing a standard set of basic functions like - Newsfeed, Calendar, Follow ups, Tasks, Call Logs, Emails, Notes and Documents. You can also restrict users from accessing any particular functionality.
Quick Links in the timesheets, enables a user to directly get to a desired page, saving his time. This consists of a collection of links guiding the user to different apps.
The Custom Views enables to view timesheets according to certain criteria defined. These act as filters, that can be configured and set as per your needs.
Customizing the timesheets allows you to add additional attributes in the creation page according to your needs and also ensures security privileges.
