About AR Remote Worker Android App
An Augmented Reality-based remote collaboration tool for worker assistance.
This is a bi-directional Augmented Reality-based collaboration tool which enables users to communicate through their mobile devices in real-time, and provides an enriched view of the physical workplace through shared visual annotations and digital information.
This application is used in conjunction with the AR Remote Guide app.
Through the AR Remote Worker app you can request remote assistance from a guide that uses the AR Remote Guide app.
You can share your live view with the remote guide and receive 3D instructions on your surrounding environment.
You can also communicate through voice chat.
In order to use the application your device must support the ARCore Depth Api. Please look for Supports Depth API in the Notes column of each listed device here: https://developers.google.com/ar/discover/supported-devices
It is recommended to use a high speed Wi-Fi or mobile data internet connection for better performance.
