Lai Security Management Pte Ltd is operated and managed by professional security managers who were Police Officers from the Singapore Police Force and veteran security personnel from the private security agencies.

Mr.Mani is our Director of Operations of the company. He has experience working in a law enforcement agency and operating a security agency. He will oversee the overall running of the security agency.

Mr. Kavin is our director, well versed in admin, Human Resource and finance. He has a total of 25 years’ experience in this field. He will oversee the overall operations for the security agency.

Mr.V.Subramaniam is our General Manager. He has experience working in the service industry for more than 22 years. His vast experience is an asset to our company. He will handle the daily security deployment and operations.

Mr.Sebastian is our security come training manager. He was with the Singapore Police force. He has a vast security experience for more than 30 years. Having majored in security studies, he is well placed to conduct on-site training for the security personnel.

Mr.Poobathi is our Operation Executive. He has experience working in the service industry for more than 22 years His vast experience is an asset to our company. He will handle the daily security deployment and operations.
