About Artero Technical Service Android App
The app of Artero Technical Service will allow you to track all equipment, tools and other accessories sent to be repaired.
You will be able to know which the situation of your repair / repairs is; from acknowledging receipt in workshop until their return and billing.
You will have access to check your last year repairs record.
You can check it by entering your delivery note number or your VAT / ID. If you choose the 2nd option, the app will remember your document number, for an easier tracking of your current or future repair services, just clicking once on the home screen. So fast and easy!. At any time, you can delete your saved VAT / ID from the app menu.
With the answer on the screen, by clicking on your repair, a view containing all the delivery note data will show up. Should you have any doubts or disagreements, you will be able to send us an email from the app itself, which will attach a delivery note copy.
And remember that you can install and use this app in your phone or tablet.
