Esta app estará disponible para consulta de información general de la XXVI Asamblea General de Delegados Fecoomeva.

La administración de FECOOMEVA será ejercida por la Asamblea General de Delegados, la Junta Directiva y el Gerente General.

La Asamblea General es el órgano máximo de administración de FECOOMEVA y sus decisiones son obligatorias para todos los asociados siempre que se hayan adoptado de conformidad con las normas legales, estatutarias y reglamentarias. Estará integrada por los Delegados hábiles convocados para el efecto.

Son Delegados hábiles, los inscritos en el registro social que en la fecha de la convocatoria no tengan suspendidos sus derechos, se encuentren al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones con FECOOMEVA y acrediten formación en Economía Solidaria de mínimo de 100 horas, debidamente certificadas.

El número de Delegados será de treinta (30), con sus correspondientes suplentes personales, elegidos para un periodo de tres (3) años.

Las Asambleas Generales serán Ordinarias y Extraordinarias. Las primeras se reunirán una vez al año, dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes al corte del ejercicio económico, para el cumplimiento de sus funciones regulares. Las segundas, cuando sean necesarias para tratar asuntos imprevistos o de urgencia que no puedan postergarse hasta la siguiente Asamblea General Ordinaria; en ellas sólo podrán tratarse los asuntos para los que fueron convocadas y los que estrictamente se deriven de ellos.This app will be available for consultation overview of the XXVI General Assembly of Delegates Fecoomeva.
